I designed jet engines and aircraft systems for 20 years, did system integration of aero-derivative power plants all over the world for 8 years, and spent the last decade buying houses, remodeling houses, building new homes, creating drawings, and doing structural design & analysis. I have actually built houses using my own tools and have managed projects with all their moving parts, from the hole in the ground to the final bit of paint and trim.
